In all cases where you wish to return a hardware product to us (whether under warranty, or for any other reason), you must first obtain a Return Authority (RA) number from us, by sending an email to
support@HyperReality.com.au containing your details,
a detailed description of the fault (in the case of warranty returns), and the invoice number of the purchase. We will send you an RA number that
you should ensure is on the outside on the packaging when the product is returned to us.
