We aim to ensure that the processing of personal data by or on behalf of HyperReality is fair and reasonable and that your personal data is secure, accurate and up to date. Generally speaking this means that each time we want to collect personal data we must tell you the purposes for which we use the data and then ask for your consent to that usage. We only use your data for the purposes for which you consent.

HyperReality collects information about our users, suppliers and other individuals it deals with in its day to day business. This information includes contact, registration and payment details, information about the way registered users use our services as well as details of individuals' interests. It is used for administration, payment processing, and to support, improve and obtain feedback on HyperReality services and to prevent and detect breaches of HyperReality network security, the law, or our contract terms.

By paying for an order with us by credit card, you are authorising us to provide your credit card and applicable cardholder details to the Commonwealth Bank of Australia for the purpose of processing and completing the credit card transaction.

We will endeavour to keep the information we hold accurate and up to date. You can check the information that we hold about you by emailing us. If you find any inaccuracies we will delete or correct it promptly. Information is collected lawfully and in accordance with applicable Australian laws.

The personal information which we hold will be held securely in accordance with our internal security policy and the law. HyperReality will endeavour to take all reasonable steps to keep secure any information which we hold about you. In addition, HyperReality's proprietors and employees are obliged to respect the confidentiality of any personal information held by HyperReality. However, HyperReality will not be held responsible from events arising from unauthorised access to your personal information.

We will not email you in the future unless you have given us your consent. We will also give you the chance to refuse any marketing email from us in the future.

With the exception of invoice Adobe Acrobat (PDF) files sent with orders delivered by email, it is not our policy to send attachments of any nature in emails unless by prior arrangement. If you receive an email with an attachment please email HyperReality Support to make sure that it is legitimate.

We may also in the future, for the same purposes, update this information and collect similar information from any direct contact with such individuals and automatically via the individuals' use of HyperReality services. Where allowed by law HyperReality may collate information about individuals which it receives from others with the information we obtain directly from them. The information described above may be retained and used by the HyperReality after an individual ceases to use HyperReality services or the individual has ceased dealing with us.

The law often allows you to write and ask to see and correct the information held about you, sometimes on payment of a fee.

Use of Cookies
